Coronavirus - COVID19

We are now open as of 1st June 2020 for the first time in over 2 months and we look forward to welcoming back our customers old and new.

We will continue to open 7 days a week, however, we have reduced the number of hours we are open daily, please refer to the opening times on our contact page of our website for each department and our storage facility.

Over the last few weeks we have been working with local authorities and in line with the government guidelines, we have implemented a series of practices to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees.

Across the whole site we have introduced a series of visible measures to ensure social distancing is observed where possible and we ask all customers to play their part in making this possible and at all times respect others members of the public and our staff.

We ask for your patience across all departments of the business. Socially distancing measures doesn't only mean we have to limit the number of customers on site at the same time in certain areas, but it also means we are not able to bring back a full rota of staff.

Shop/Awnings/Showroom/display caravans

Departments that will be effected in particular are the Leisure shop, awning department and caravan indoor showroom.

We have introduced a system similar to those we have become accustomed to that will require customers to follow clear instructions displayed on the floor with respect to direction and social distancing.

All vans on display will be locked so please seek a member of our sales team and they will be happy to allow access to view inside caravans.

On vacating the display model a member of our team will sanitise prior to locking reducing any risk to the next customer wanting to view.

Service/aftercare

If your caravan is due in for a service, warranty work or any other work involving it to go into our workshop, a member of our aftercare team will contact you to make an appointment. On arrival we will check your van in and take external photographs. At this point we will quarantine your caravan for 48 hours. Work can then be carried out and once complete we will sanitise your caravan using a fogging machine which disinfects all areas so you can be confident any risk of contamination is minimised. Please do not arrive earlier than the time you have been given by our aftercare team, this could result in a longer waiting time than anticipated.

Hand sanitiser stations are placed around the site and we urge you to utilise this facility to cleanse your hands.

If at any point you have concerns whilst visiting our dealership please make yourself known to our reception desk and we will make a member of staff available to discuss any relevant health and safety issues you may have.

Call and collect

We appreciate there is and will be for some time, a certain amount of uncertainty around and a number of customers maybe nervous about visiting retailers, particularly if what they require is within an indoor environment, to combat this, we have introduced a `Call and Collect` service across our leisure shop, awnings and parts departments.

Simply call or email your requirements and we will take every care in picking and packing your order ready for collection at a time suitable for you, minimising the length of time on site and reducing interaction with the general public.

Payments can be made over the phone or in store at time of collection [card payments only]
