We recently had the pleasure of welcoming DJ Audits to Yorkshire Caravans & Motorhomes and what followed was one of the most positive and rewarding experiences we’ve had on site.
The visit resulted in a DJ Audits video that has since been shared on DJ Audits YouTube, reaching viewers across the UK and around the world, bringing hundreds of supportive comments and a noticeable increase in Google reviews. We couldn’t be prouder of our team or more grateful for the response.
DJ Audits – A Very Different Experience on Site
Anyone familiar with DJ Audits and PJ will know their usual experiences involve being challenged, questioned, or asked to leave. At Yorkshire Caravans & Motorhomes, however, the visit couldn’t have been more different.
Our Caravan Manager, Richard, initially approached DJ and PJ to ask why filming was taking place. Once it was clear who they were and what they do, the situation quickly turned into a warm and welcoming interaction, exactly how we aim to treat every visitor.
DJ Audits Video Showcases Genuine Customer Service
One of the highlights of the DJ Audits video is how naturally our team stepped up.
Liam from our Motorhome Sales department instantly recognised DJ and PJ and revealed himself to be a big fan, already following them on social media. From there, he happily showed them around the site, invited them into our caravans and motorhomes, explained what we offer, and made them feel completely at ease filming throughout the business.
Liam even introduced DJ and PJ to his wife, who also works with us and is equally a fan and they were both delighted to receive one of DJ Audits keyrings as a keepsake!
This wasn’t staged. It was simply our team being themselves.
