Terms & Conditions

PRICE
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). All delivery prices are for delivery to mainland UK, unless otherwise stated.

All prices for awnings include delivery.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards. These include Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo or Delta.

We also accept cheques made payable to YC Leisure. Items will only be despatched to a customer on receipt of cleared funds in the event of payment by cheque or authorisation by your credit card provider.

We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order submitted whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund for the full value of the amount processed.

DELIVERY
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders promptly within 1-2 days. If your order is especially urgent please tell us and we will do our best to act quickly. On rare occasions some items may be out of stock at the manufacturer, but we will notify you of the estimated arrival date so you can decide whether or not to proceed with the order.

RETURNS POLICY
Orders may be returned within 7 working days after the goods were received for a full credit or refund in the following circumstances:
(a) Item is in new condition with original packaging;
(b) Item was received damaged or defective;
(c) Incorrect item was shipped;

Goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery;
Good returned must be received in as new condition with original packaging;
Carriage costs for returning the goods will be your responsibility;
Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.

We apologise but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 7 working days after delivery.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days from when you notify us of cancellation of the order; however, we are usually able to issue refunds within 5-7 working days from when the goods have been returned.

ACCURACY OF PRODUCT DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
We will not accept responsibility/liability for representations by a third party for products features or suitability for a particular use (e.g. manufacturers, magazine articles, Internet and such forth). We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information published on this website and will not be responsible for any damages resulting in reliance on the information contained within the site. Please check with the manufacturer if full product specifications are required.

We endeavour to describe goods as accurately as possible; however, it is not possible to represent colours perfectly on screen and some variation may occur.

LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with UK Law. If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. In respect of consumer sales only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
